REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACTS

In order to participate to the conference, you are invited to send the Registration Form and the abstract of the paperwork (400 – 500 words /maximum one page) in English (for further details, please see the Registration form).
The Registration form must be filled in by each participant who will attend the conference. Any accompaying persons have to be included in the Registration form filled in by the respective participants.

PUBLICATIONS

The accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of abstracts (with ISSN), available before the Conference. There will be a possibility to publish papers from the Conference in one of the University of Bucharest's scientific journal, Annals of the University of Bucharest - Geography Series (indexed in International databases), after reviewing procedure.

CONFERENCE FEES (in Euro)

The fees for the participants to the conference must be paid by each participant who will effectively attend the conference.
One author may participate with maximum two presentations in the conference (oral or poster).
The conference fee for participants covers: the conference bag (including the programme, book of abstracts and other documents/materials), the coffee breaks, 2 lunches, the gala dinner, and the thematic field trip in Bucharest.
The fees for the 2 days field trip in Carpathians covers: coach transport, 1 night accommodation, 1 dinner, 2 lunches, entrance tickets to the visited sites.
The accompanying person fee includes admission to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner. All accompanying persons interested in Gala dinner and the field trips must be mentioned in the Registration form (under the section "Aditional information") and pay the respective fee.

PAYMENT DETAILS

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR) for foreign participants and in Lei (RON) for Romanian participants, by Bank transfer.
Details on the payment will be provided later on the conference web-site.
