Arrival and Hotel accommodation

Organizing Committee suggests all conference participants and accompanying persons to book themselves accommodation in the "Delta" Hotel Tulcea. Rooms have been reserved at the Hotel Delta Tulcea at specially negotiated rates. These rates are available until September 1th, 2023.
