INTENSIFICATION OF ENERGETIC BUDGET (AS A RESULT OF CLIMATE CHANGE) AND ITS IMPACT ON THE REDUCTION OF WATER RESOURCES IN THE BASIN OF BOUREGREG

Sallok Amal, University Hassan II Mohammadia, Morocco

Abstract

Climate change is defined as the climate change attributed to natural and anthropogenic factors. Manifested by a very rapid rate and rhythmicity, climate change imposes its effects both on the elements of climate (temperature, precipitation ...), and climatic phenomena (droughts, floods).
The Moroccan climate space, that is located on the border of the two major global climate systems: tropical and polar latitudes, knows very high vulnerability vis-à-vis the climate change, which could result in increased intensity of droughts, disruption of energetic budget, water budget and of the elements of climate (temperature range of increasingly high rainfall disturbed ...). This situation is reflected on water resources in the basin of Bouregreg.
Disturbing energetic budget, climate change is forced to create an alteration of water resources in the basin of Bouregreg.
Our methodology are based on the use of the imagerie satellite Landsat. some geophysical parameters (albedo "A", vegetation index "NDVI'' and surface temperature "TS") are produced regularly. The combination of these parameters two per two especially A -TS, NDVI-TS and A - NDVI has allowed respectively the characterization of the hydric and vegetation state.

Keywords: Energetic Budget, climate change, Water Resources, albedo, NDVI, TS.
