Abstract is a part of registration form. One full registration covers only 1 paper and 1 poster contribution. Each corresponding author can submit up to 1 oral and 1 poster contribution.

REGISTRATION FEES

* Name badge, conference materials, Book of Abstracts, refreshment during the breaks, lunch, transfer Airport Bucharest-Targoviste-Bucharest (fee does not include bank charges) 

 

Important if you need Romanian visa - please do not make any payment of registration fee because if you don't receive the Romanian visa you will lose your money.

The conference delegates are responsible to achieve entry visa to Romania (organizers do not submit / pay letters of invitation or guarantee for the participants and do not obtain visas from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Romanian Office for Immigration http://www.limnology.ro/GEG2018/venue.html)

Invoices

The invoice is issued only after the payment is made. If a pro-forma invoice is needed, please contact Romanian Limnogeographical Association by email to: geg_conference@limnology.ro. Please, indicate the name of the conference in the e-mail title and your name.
